Originally inspired by the television franchise Big Brother , Smirniy’s mod transforms your standard Sims 3 residential lot into a high-stakes social experiment. Instead of free-flowing, open-ended life management, the mod introduces structured "seasons," daily tasks, nomination ceremonies, veto competitions (in later versions), and live evictions.
- Absolute Realism: One bullet to the head kills you. One bullet to the head kills an enemy. Armor is practically useless against high-caliber rounds.
- Aggressive A-Life: The Zone’s AI (dubbed "Big Brother") is constantly active. Mutants hunt in massive packs, factions wage war across the entire map, and bandits will track you for kilometers if you leave witnesses.
- Hardcore Economy: Artifacts are rare. Ammo is scarce. Repairing gear costs a fortune. You will spend the first five hours of the game using a rusty sawed-off shotgun and a leather jacket.
