Business Contact Manager (BCM) for Outlook 2013 is a powerful, free add-in designed to transform Outlook into a lightweight Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for small businesses. While the core functionality remains similar to previous versions, the 2013 release features a modern user interface overhaul and improved synchronization.

Once installed, BCM effectively created a second set of folders inside the Outlook navigation pane. It looked like this:
