Updating on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) is essential for running modern apps, as it manages core system functionalities like authentication, contact syncing, and location services.

Note: The "x" refers to DPI variant (e.g., 0=universal, 6=high DPI). For most users, the variant (nodpi) is safest.

Settings > Apps > All apps > Google Play Services
