The Protagonist

: Usually an average survivor or a student who finds themselves trapped in a localized environment (like a campus, hospital, or small town) as the world ends. Dr Red's Zombie Apocalypse an action-oriented defense game

The v1.0 update adds a "Composure Meter." If Dr. Red is low on sleep or sanity, your mouse cursor will drift, causing you to accidentally slice vital arteries, ruining the specimen and potentially letting the zombie loose inside your lab. The detailed, high-resolution pixel splatter and organ extraction animations are visceral and deeply unsettling. This is NOT your average zombie survival game

Team Organization

: Players must organize a team of "Special Girls" to eliminate mutant threats and ultimately destroy the source of the contagion.
