1. Forcing DirectX 12 Feature Level 12_2 (Ultimate)

Issue A: "Access Denied" or The Game Crashes on Launch

Find the dropdown: "Force Feature Level Limit".
Select 11_0 (or 10_0 for extremely old games). Why? Windows 11 native drivers report 12_2 or higher. By limiting to 11_0, you force the DirectX runtime to use the older, non-flip model presentation mode which requires exclusive fullscreen.
Check the box: "Disable Maximum Frame Latency" (This reduces input lag significantly).
