Clear your current list:

Right-click in the Server window and select "Delete all servers."

In eMule → Servers panel → Right-click → Add server.met from URL.
Paste the above URL.
Remove dead/fake servers: Right-click server list → Remove all dead servers.
Set eMule to "Update server list when connecting to a server" only from trusted sources.

Use KAD-first search strategy:
