EVPAD Update Firmware Hot: Causes, Fixes, and Prevention

1. On your PC, rename the firmware file to update.zip (EVPad bootloader looks for this exact name).
2. Copy the file to the root of the USB drive (not inside any folder).
3. Safely eject the USB.
4. Insert USB into the EVPad’s USB 2.0 port (blue USB 3.0 ports sometimes fail for bootloading).
5. Unplug the EVPad from power.
6. Press and hold the Reset button (tiny hole, often near the AV port) using a paperclip.
