If standard drivers fail, can replace the generic WinUSB with a dedicated driver:

• On device: Settings → Developer options → Default USB configuration → Switch between MTP, PTP, No data transfer.
• Use ADB over TCP/IP to avoid USB exclusivity:

  adb tcpip 5555
  adb connect <device_ip>:5555

1. Install Samsung USB Driver for Mobile Phones; reboot PC.
2. On device: enable Developer options and USB debugging.
3. Connect via data cable to PC.
4. On device: choose File Transfer (MTP).
5. On PC: open Command Prompt, run adb devices — accept RSA on device.
6. Use adb pull/push or Windows Explorer to transfer files.
