This guide outlines the process for installing (often referred to as FlexiSIGN 8.1).

    • Try a different USB port (use USB 2.0 ports if possible; sometimes older dongles dislike USB 3.0).
    • Go to Windows Device Manager and look for "SafeNet Sentinel" under Universal Serial Bus controllers. If there is a yellow exclamation mark, update the driver manually.
