The Lost Ticket Rescue: A Step-by-Step Guide to Printing Your GSRTC E-Ticket
Online Method: Printing GSRTC Ticket through Website
Locate the Print/Modify Tab: On the homepage, look for the "Print/Modify Ticket" or "Ticket Status" option.
- Open the GSRTC Official App on your smartphone.
- Log in to your account. (If you booked as a guest, look for a "Track/Manage Booking" or "Print Ticket" option on the main menu).
- Navigate to "My Bookings" or "Booking History".
- Select the specific journey you wish to print.
- Tap on "View Ticket" or "Download Ticket".
- The ticket will open as a PDF. You can print this directly if connected to a wireless printer, or save it to your phone for later use.
- Paper not always needed – Many conductors now accept digital SMS/e-ticket, so printing can feel wasteful.
- Printer quality issues – Faded or small print may cause delays if barcode isn’t scannable.
- No direct “print ticket” button on some booking confirmations – You have to download PDF first.
- Rare mismatches – If booking is via third-party site (Paytm, AbhiBus), GSRTC’s own print format may differ slightly.
