How to Transfer YouTube Subscriptions from One Account to Another
- Go to takeout.google.com.
- Sign in with Account A (your old account).
- Click Deselect all at the top to avoid downloading 50GB of watch history.
- Scroll down to YouTube and YouTube Music. Check the box.
- Click All YouTube data included.
- Uncheck everything except "subscriptions" (you don't need playlists or history).
- Click "OK" then "Next step."
- Choose export type: .zip (or .tgz) and the size (2GB is fine).
- Click Create export. Google will email you a link in a few minutes (or hours if you are unlucky).
- Go to Google Takeout.
- Click "Deselect all" to avoid downloading years of emails and photos.
- Scroll down and toggle ON only the switch for "YouTube" .
- Click "All YouTube data included" and uncheck everything except "subscriptions" .
- Click "OK" , then scroll down and click "Next step" .
- Set frequency to "Export once" and file type to
.zip. Click "Create export" . - Google will email you a link in a few minutes (or hours, if your history is huge). Download the
.zipfile.
Some channels flagged as age-restricted or terminated may fail to import. The extension will skip them with an error.
