  • Never force the EPB piston back manually without entering maintenance mode—this damages the screw gear and sets C052F14 immediately.
  • C052F14 on one side may be caused by a failed actuator on the opposite side due to current imbalance detection.
  • Low battery voltage during EPB operation can falsely set this DTC. Always charge battery before diag.
