Use the official Lacey Diagnostics Tool (usually Xitzalz01_Diag.exe ): lacey xitzalz01 install
- Device Manager → right-click Xitzalz01 → Uninstall device.
- Check Delete the driver software for this device.
- Unplug hardware.
- Reboot.
