  • Press the reset button once. The screen will show “RESETTING…” then “COMPLETE” (3-10 seconds).
  • Power cycle the printer (turn off, unplug resetter, wait 10 seconds, turn on).
  • Go to the printer’s Maintenance Menu → “Waste Ink Counter” – it should now read 0%.
