1. Check that the green fiber connector is firmly plugged into the PON port.
2. Inspect the fiber cable for kinks or breaks. If the cable is visibly damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself; it requires specialized splicing equipment.
3. If the cable looks fine, the issue is likely an outage at the ISP level or a broken port. Contact your ISP.

• Remove the dust cap from the SC/APC fiber connector.
• Match the color: The fiber connector is typically green (APC).
• Insert it firmly into the "OPTICAL" port until it clicks. Do not look directly into the fiber port—laser radiation is invisible but dangerous.
