Troubleshooting

Problem: The update is stuck at a certain percentage.

• Ethernet: Plug a cable from your router to the ETHERNET port on the back.
• Wi-Fi: Press Setup → 7. Hardware Setup → Network → Wi-Fi Setup. Follow prompts to connect.

1. Press HOME → Setup → Miscellaneous → Firmware Update → Update via NET.
2. Select Yes when prompted “Are you sure?”
3. The receiver will check for a new version.
4. If found, select Update and confirm.
5. Do not power off during the update. The display may show “Writing…” or “Updating…”
6. Update takes 15–30 minutes. The receiver will reboot automatically.
7. After reboot, re-check version to confirm success.

Note
