The film follows the brave and slightly naive Pang, a young panda bear living a peaceful life in a Chinese bamboo forest. Pang dreams of adventure beyond his routine, but his world is turned upside down when his best friend, a lively and mischievous dragon named Jielong (voiced with vibrant energy in the original Dutch dub), is captured by poachers and shipped to the savannas of Africa. Determined to rescue him, Pang embarks on an epic journey across continents.
