You can find downloads for the +10 trainer on legacy gaming sites like Cheaters Heaven . Built-in Cheats & Unlocks
- Cheat Engine Tables: These require you to manually scan for values each playthrough. ILA Better’s trainer is one-click.
- GameShark / Action Replay: These only worked on physical hardware, not modern PCs.
- Other Trainers (e.g., "Project IGI Plus 6 Trainer"): Often contain malware or only work on specific CD-ROM versions. ILA Better’s trainer supports both CD and digital rips.
