What You’ll Actually Notice

1. Download the mod: Search for "Bibber RA3 60fps mod" on ModDB. Look for the file called RA3_60FPS_Patch_v3.zip.
2. Locate your game folder: Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Red Alert 3\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\.
3. Backup your original: Inside the Data folder, find RA3_1.12.game (or similar). Copy it to your desktop.
4. Extract the patch: Open the ZIP. Copy the .game file inside into your RA3 Data folder, overwriting the existing one.
