- On the offline machine, generate an activation request file (
.rfx or similar) from SQL Prompt’s activation dialog.
- Transfer that file to an internet-connected machine.
- Visit Redgate’s offline activation portal, upload the file, and download a license response file.
- Transfer the response file back to the offline machine and complete activation.
