  • Boot into TWRP: Turn off phone. Hold Volume Up + Home + Power (If no Home button, just Vol Up + Power).
  • Wipe: Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe. Select: Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Data, Cache. Do NOT wipe Internal Storage (if the ROM zip is stored there).
  • Install ROM: Tap Install, navigate to the lineageos.zip, swipe to flash.
  • Install GApps (optional): Immediately after the ROM (do not reboot), tap Add more Zips and select BiTGApps.zip. Swipe to flash.
  • Wipe Cache/Dalvik: Go to Wipe > Cache/Dalvik (Factory reset is not needed anymore).
  • Reboot: Tap Reboot System.
    1. Enable Developer Options (Tap Build Number 7 times).
    2. Enable OEM Unlock and USB Debugging.
    3. Download the latest TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) for a5ulte or a5lte.
    4. Flash TWRP via Odin (AP slot). Reboot immediately into Recovery to prevent stock recovery from overwriting it.
