1. Format a USB flash drive to FAT32 (not exFAT or NTFS). Maximum 8GB recommended.
2. Copy the .bin file to the root of the USB drive. Rename it to VST59_03.bin (this is the board’s expected upgrade filename – check your board’s silkscreen; some variants expect TSUMV59.BIN).
3. Disconnect all inputs (HDMI, VGA, etc.) from the board.
4. Plug in the USB drive to the board’s USB port.
5. Power on the board (12V DC). The green LED will blink rapidly for 10–30 seconds, then turn solid or reboot.
6. Wait 1–2 minutes – do not power off during flashing.
7. Remove USB and cycle power. The new firmware should drive your panel.
