The Lab Better Challenge
: A puzzle-solving, scavenger hunt-style challenge that takes participants through the fair, solving clues and completing tasks inspired by the lab's projects. The first to complete the challenge wins an exclusive prize.

- 10 prints – Each shows an FF monster (Iron Giant, Coeurl, Bomb) in ukiyo-e battle scene.
- Kiri-e (cut-out) layers – The Bomb’s fire is a separate overlaid translucent sheet, like a kimono pattern print.
- Colophon – Printed with hand-carved seal of “Square Enix” in tensho script.
- Lab notes – Details of which ukiyo-e master inspired each pose (e.g., Tonberry = Sharaku’s actor portraits; Cactuar = Hokusai’s Manga sketches).
