The "Unreachable" Server: How to Reset Unraid Network Settings Mid-Install
Static IPs
: Any custom static IP you previously set will be lost.
- Log in to the Unraid web interface: Open a web browser and navigate to
http://<your-unraid-server-ip>:8080 (replace <your-unraid-server-ip> with the IP address of your Unraid server).
- Navigate to the Network Settings page: Click on the Settings tab and then select Network from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the "Reset Network Settings" button: Scroll down to the bottom of the Network Settings page and click on the Reset Network Settings button.
- Confirm the reset: A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you're sure you want to reset your network settings. Click OK to proceed.
Unraid OS GUI Mode
If you have a monitor and keyboard attached but cannot access the Web interface from another computer, you can reboot and select from the boot menu . This launches a local browser on the server itself, allowing you to navigate to Settings > Network Settings to fix configurations manually without deleting files .
