Q: I installed the driver, but Wi-Fi is very slow (only 1-2 Mbps).
A: The RT3070 chipset is limited to 150 Mbps theoretical. Interference, old USB 2.0 ports, or Windows 10 power saving can drop speed. Go to Device Manager > Properties of the adapter > Advanced tab > Disable "Bluetooth Collaboration" if present, and set "Power Save Mode" to "No Save".
Error: "The hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file"
: Don't expect modern Wi-Fi 6 speeds. The WIS09ABGN is an 802.11a/b/g/n dual-band adapter, so it will cap out at older "N" speeds. Are you seeing a specific error code in Device Manager , or does the adapter not show up at all when plugged in?
