Compatible Save Game Memory Card for God of War on PCSX2
In PCSX2, memory cards are used to store save data for PS2 games. By default, PCSX2 comes with two memory card slots, and users can create and manage their memory cards for different games. The memory card files are stored on the user's computer, allowing them to be easily transferred or backed up.
Create
Click and choose the 8 MB size (standard for PS2 compatibility). Name it "God_of_War" and click Insert into Slot 1.
- Cause: The game saves use a different region (PAL vs NTSC) or your memory card is full.
- Fix: Check game region matches your BIOS. Clear unused saves on the card (need ~128KB free per GoW save).
